Presentation Guidelines

Please see resources below to assist you in preparing for your attendance at SOE 2025.

Speaker Support Centre
The Speaker Support Room (SSR) is located in Room 1.13 on the first floor.  The Speaker Support Room will be open during the hours detailed below with technicians available to assist you.

We encourage all oral presenters (invited or abstract) to upload their presentation in advance.

ISOT Video presenters should not upload their video in advance, they should bring their presentation to the Speaker Support Room at the congress centre where the technicians will assist.
