ISOT Abstract Submission Closed

Abstract submission for ISOT is now closed.

Abstracts are now being reviewed.
Notification on acceptance/rejection of submitted Abstracts: On or after 4 April 2025

The Corresponding Author will receive all correspondence concerning the abstract and is responsible for informing the other authors of the status of the abstract.  Full presentation specification will be made available on the website.  Details will be forwarded with the abstract acceptance notification.

Registration
Upon acceptance of the abstract, all presenting authors are expected to register and present their abstract at the Congress.  Abstracts will be published in the Congress Book of Abstracts only if the presenting author has registered by 16 April 2025.  Presenting authors not registered by 16 April 2025 may have their abstracts removed from the Book of Abstract.  If the abstract is not accepted the registration fee is refundable.

Disclosure – Conflict of Interest
All oral presenters must declare any potential conflict of interest. Oral presenters are required to incorporate a disclosure slide in their presentation. Disclosure is mandatory for all presenters, whether they have a conflict of interest to disclose or not.
