ePoster Upload Instructions

ePoster upload programme is now open

All presenters have been sent an email on 23 April with personal login details to upload their poster.
If the presenting author has not yet received the email, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.

ePosters should be submitted through a web-based platform prior to the congress.

All presenters are required to provide a declaration of “Conflict of Interest” to comply with CME Requirements.  Please ensure that your ePoster includes any disclosures.

Please use the ePoster template provided which can be downloaded below.

ePosters can be viewed throughout the congress open hours at designated screens.  Please note you do not have a designated presentation time as the ePosters will be available to view at any time in the ePoster Gallery in the congress centre.

ePosters will also be available online in the ePoster gallery for all registered delegates.

The deadline for uploading your ePoster is 28 May 2025, 23:59 GMT.

Please note that you will not be able to upload your e-Poster after this date.
